Sodipryl Retard-Kapseln enthalten den Wirkstoff Naftidrofuryl. Dieser aktiviert Kreislauf und Stoffwechsel in schlecht durchbluteten Geweben. Zusätzlich verbessert es die Sauerstoffzufuhr und die Energieverwertung in diesen Geweben.
Sodipryl Retard kann verabreicht werden:
Bei Durchblutungsstörungen in den Beinen (Claudicatio intermittens) und beim Raynaud-Syndrom.
Nach kürzlich aufgetretenen Störungen der Hirndurchblutung (Hirninfarkt). Bei alten Personen zur Verbesserung der Hirndurchblutung und somit zur Verbesserung von damit zusammenhängenden Konfusionszuständen und Verhaltensstörungen.
Sodipryl Retard darf nur auf Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin angewendet werden.
Es wird empfohlen, die Wirkung des Arzneimittels mit verschiedenen Tätigkeiten zu unterstützen:
körperliche (Gehen, Turnen),
geistige (Lektüre, Denkspiele), soziale (Ausgehen, Gespräche führen).
Sodipryl Retard darf nicht verwendet werden
bei Überempfindlichkeit (Allergie) gegen einen der Bestandteile,
bei bekannter Erhöhung bestimmter Kristalle (Oxalat) im Urin
bei rezidivierenden Nierensteinen (Calcium) in der Vorgeschichte.
Es wird empfohlen, die Kapseln Sodipryl Retard mit einer ausreichenden Menge Wasser einzunehmen.
Bitte informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, wenn Sie an einer Leber- oder Nierenfunktionsstörung leiden.
Es wird empfohlen, während der Behandlung reichlich Wasser zu trinken.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!), insbesondere Betablocker oder Antiarrhythmika, einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Sodipryl Retard darf während der Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit nur nach ausdrücklicher ärztlicher Verordnung eingenommen werden.
Wenn Ihr Arzt nichts anderes verordnet hat: eine Kapsel zwei- bis dreimal täglich für die Dauer von mindestens drei Monaten.
Die Kapseln sollen mit einem Glas Wasser während den Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden.
Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme oder Anwendung vom Produkt auftreten:
? in seltenen Fällen Verdauungsstörungen (Diarrhö, Bauchschmerzen, Übelkeit, Erbrechen) oder Hautreaktionen. Wenn Sie derartige Erscheinungen beobachten, informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt,
? in einigen Ausnahmefällen wurden Leberbeeinträchtigungen, Schwindel, Kopfschmerzen, Nervosität, Schlafstörungen und Calciumoxalatsteinen in der Niere beobachtet.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Das Arzneimittel ist bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.
